A luxury brand needed to rebound from a racially-charged design.
A global luxury brand invited our Principal Researcher to support their efforts for internal education, upon a widely publicized design misstep.
Our Principal Researcher provided bespoke lectures for the brand’s executive teams in Europe and Asia, working for an extended amount of time to support the brand’s existing cultural awareness and diversity strategies.
The delivery of lectures to the executive teams (which included both the business and creative) helped to expand the perspective of the brand’s European and Asian markets on the topic of racist symbolism, and worked to explain the harmful impact of insensitive design through the lens of history.
